Jesus tells us to feed His lambs with the truth they need to know to save their souls. In following Jesus' command The Fatima Crusader will continue, despite all opposition, to give you the full Fatima Message and sound Catholic Doctrine.

Jesus reminds us at Pontevedra, "With Me, you can do all things."

Our Lady tells us, "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge."

Let us all persevere, confident that Our Lord and Our Lady are with us as we travel through the rough road of persecutions and sacrifices in Their Names.

Pope John Paul II Gives Us the Key to the Real Third Secret (Part I)
by Father Nicholas Gruner, S.T.L., S.T.D. (Cand.)

This article is based on Pope John Paul II's sermon on May 13, 2000 (see Issue #64). Our Lady of Fatima said, "In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved, etc." What is dogma, and what does it have to do with the Third Secret? In this series, Father Gruner shows us how we can protect our souls, know what our Catholic Faith asks of us, and how we can better understand the innermost contents of the Third Secret of Fatima. In Part I, Father Gruner specifically discusses how the Pope has revealed to us the essence of the Third Secret - that the Catholic Faith is being undermined in our time by (among others) one third of the Catholic clergy.

The Kursk Sinking - Russia's Super Torpedo, a New Threat from China
Compiled by John Vennari

The Kursk was a nuclear cruise missile submarine, the leading submarine participating in the largest naval exercise the Russian North Fleet had staged in a decade. This report makes clear that Russia has not converted and is, on the contrary, perfecting cutting-edge weaponry of which the West has no equivalent and no defense.

Priest Tortured and Murdered in Siberia
by John Vennari

The Fatima Crusader mourns the loss of a friend, Father Jan Frackiewicz, found brutally beaten to death in Russia's Siberia region. Supporters are asked to remember this good priest in their prayers, Masses, and Rosaries.

Mary's Annunciation
by St. Alphonsus de Liguori

When it was necessary for God to choose a Mother on earth, He looked for the woman who was the holiest and most humble of all. Mary could not have humbled Herself more than She did at the moment of the Incarnation of the Word, and God could not have exalted Her more.

The Question of Obedience
by Father Paul Kramer, B.Ph., S.T.B., M.Div., S.T.L. (Cand.)

The simple answer to the objection leveled against Father Gruner, that he is "disobedient", is that Father Gruner has never disobeyed any legitimate command from any legitimate authority in the Church. His priestly life has been a life of obedience - obedience to the Faith and obedience to his vows as a priest - and the claim that he is disobedient is false because it is founded on a false understanding of the nature of obedience. This article answers the question: Just what is obedience?

We Must All Do Our Part to Defend the Faith

The Arian heretics of the 4th Century almost succeeded in destroying the Catholic Church through ferocious attacks on the principal defenders of the Faith. Thus we can see how important it is to defend the defenders of the Faith. This article contains excerpts from a document sent to Cardinal Castrillón Hoyos imploring Christian justice.

From Our Readers …

Published here are some of the many letters of support sent to Father Gruner from friends around the world.

Catholic Church in China - Persecution and Confusion (Part II)
by Joseph M.C. Kung

This is the conclusion of a two-part article (see Issue #65 for Part I), based on a speech given by Joseph Kung, nephew of the great Cardinal Kung, at the Fatima 2000 Peace Conference in Hamilton, Ontario. Joseph Kung describes the ongoing deceptions of the Communist Party in China together with the deceptions of the Chinese Communist government's fake "Catholic" church - the Catholic Patriotic Association.
